Coronavirus death toll crosses 100 in Bangladesh
The amount of deaths from coronavirus in the united states has already reached 101 with 10 more reported in last a day.
Some 492 new confirmed cases are also reported through the period, raising the amount of patients to 2,948.
Prof Dr Nasima Sultana, additional director general of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) informed the most recent figure at a normal online bulletin over COVID-19 on Monday.
She said 2,779 samples have already been tested in last 24 hours. Of them, 492 tested positive.
Besides, 10 more patients have recovered from the virus infection. With this, a complete of 85 people have, up to now, recovered.
Health officials joined the bulletin urged citizens to keep up social distancing and stay at home to prevent spread if the deadly virus.
