Khaleda Zia released after 25 months
Staying lurking behind the bar for 25 a few months in jail in a graft court case, BNP chief Khaleda Zia at last released from jail in Wednesday afternoon.
Khaleda came out of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University around 4:15pm and is currently being taken to her Gulshan residence ‘Feroza’.
The government on Tuesday informed its decision to create the BNP Chairperson free suspending her jail term for six months on humanitarian ground in view of her age.
