HUB kicks off Meilleur Décor HPL 2019
Meillur Décor HPL 2019 (Hotelier’s Premier League), organised by Hospitality Unity of Bangladesh (HUB), has been kicked off on November 30 at Four Points by Sheraton.
The cricket tournament is an initiative to collate hospitality professionals of the country under one umbrella through the spirit of sports. The event aims to create a festivity by a fun-filled cricket tournament where 13 top hotels of the country will compete for the crown.
At the launching ceremony, General Managers and Directors of Sales and Marketing of all the participating hotels unveiled the tournament trophy and cut a cake to celebrate the occasion.
The three-day tournament will be take place from December 5-7 at Evergreen Cricket Academy.
Besides cricket, the event will feature food, music and other fun activities to create a memorable experience for all those participating in it.
Apart from the glorious trophy, the champion will win BDT 1,00,000 while the runners-up will get BDT 20,000.
Among the 13 participating hotels, Four Points by Sheraton, The Peninsula Chittagong and Hansa will compete in Group A. Le Meridien Dhaka, The Way Dhaka and Ascott Dhaka will compete in Group B. Platinum Hotels by Sheltech, Six Seasons Hotel and Best Western Plus Maple Leaf will play against each other in Group C. Finally, Amari Dhaka, Long Beach Suites Dhaka, The Westin and Lakeshore Hotels will play in Group D.
Meilleur Décor Ltd is the Title Sponsor of the tournament while Coca Cola is the Beverage Sponsor and Munshi and Bengal Meat are the Associate Sponsors.
The Bangladesh Monitor, premier travel trade fortnightly is the Print Media Partner of the event while Radio Foorti is the Radio Partner.
