Hajj pilgrims can withdraw registration fees
Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims can withdraw their registration fees as the Saudi federal government barred international pilgrims from Hajj this year to support the spread of coronavirus.

Religious Affairs Ministry Secretary Nurul Islam made the disclosure while speaking with reporters about Tuesday (June 23).

He said there was no scope for harassment over the refund seeing as the ministry concerned would fork out special focus on ensure it.

Anyone who doesn't need to go are certain to get their money rear. The money is effectively deposited in the bank, those that want to go for Hajj next time do not need to to hesitate, he added.

However, Hajj Companies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) explained if anyone withdraws this funds, they will not have the ability to go presently there for Hajj next calendar year.

Saudi Arabia on Mon announced that it could hold a "very limited" Hajj this season, with only pilgrims currently in the kingdom allowed to perform the gross annual ritual.

The international pilgrimage ban was announced as Saudi Arabia struggles to contain coronavirus infections.

Based on the HAAB, a complete of 137,198 Bangladeshis got permission right from the Saudi government to perform Hajj this year. 

However, only 65,000 persons actually registered as a result of coronavirus panic.
