Film stars visit Walton fridge production plant
Film star including Misha Sawdagar is with Walton refrigerator CEO Golam Murshed during their visit at Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited in Gazipur.
Country's renowned film stars and cultural personalities have recently visited Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited (WHIL) to witness the refrigerator manufacturing process. They visited the giant production plants of Walton at Chandra of Gazipur after the special invitation of Engineer Golam Murshed, chief executive officer (CEO) of Walton refrigerator.
Among the stars who visited Walton refrigerator manufacturing plant were- Misha Sawdagar and Zayed Khan, respectively the President and the General Secretary of Bangladesh Film Artistes' Association, film actors Nirob Hossain, Joy Chowdhury, actresses Sohana Saba, Zinat Sanu Shagota, Toma Mirza, Tanha Tasnia, Sharika Saba, Anny Khan and Azmeri Asha, animal rescuer Afzal Khan and famous radio jockey Neerob Khan.
Walton Group Executive Director Amin Khan, refrigerator division COO Alamgir Alam Sarkar, DCOO Yusuf Ali and brand manager Jiban Ahmed were among other present on the occasion.
The film stars were overwhelmed by visiting the giant production plants of Walton. They all said, 'Wow! This is the largest refrigerator manufacturing factory we have witnessed! If we don't come here, we won't understand how Walton is representing Bangladesh.
They have set up world's one of the largest manufacturing plant with state-of-the-art technology and machineries with employment of thousands of people. Walton is really a pride of Bangladesh.
Misha Sawdagar said, 'I did not know that there is such a giant refrigerator factory in our country. What Walton is giving the country is really something to be proud of. It is not too far when we will be identified abroad as 'Walton's country.'
