Dry weather expected
Weather might remain mainly dry out - with a partly cloudy sky above the country - for the next day from 6 pm Saturday.
There are chances of light rain at a few places in Rangpur and Sylhet divisions, said the Met Office.
Light to modest fog may occur from midnight to morning hours, said the Bangladesh Meteorological Section (BMD).
About the synoptic situation, the BMD said, the deep depression over the Gulf of Mannar and adjoining area weakened into a well-marked low over the same area.
Chances are to get weaker and become unimportant, and the ridge of subcontinental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining place.
Night temperature may remain practically unchanged, and evening temperature might fall slightly.
