Despite drawbacks, Bangladesh remains connected with world through civil aviation
“Despite all the drawbacks, today Bangladesh remains connected with this world through civil aviation.”

Air Vice Marshal Md Mafidur Rahman, Chairman of Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh said this at a view exchange programme at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport organised by CAAB today.

The chairman attended the event as the Chief Guest which witnessed many stakeholders addressing different issues regarding the civil aviation industry of Bangladesh. Possible solutions about such problems were also discussed.

Nevertheless, the Chairman promised to see to such issues and solve them as soon as possible.

Md Hafizur Rahman, Additional Secretary, Member (Administration), Md Mizanur Rahman, Additional Secretary, Member (Finance), Md Shahiduzzaman Faruki, Additional Secretary, Member (Security), Air Commodore Md Khalid Hossain, Member (Management and Planning), Group Captain Abu Said Mehbub Khan, Member (ATM), Group Captain Md Ziaul Kabir, Member (Flight Standard and Regulation) and Sudhendu Bikash Goswami, Chief Engineer of CAAB were also present at the programme.
