Deputy secy Maruf Hasan dies with corona symptoms
Abul Khayer Md Maruf Hasan, deputy secretary of Disaster Management and Relief Ministry, died with deadly coronavirus symptoms at a hospital in the administrative centre on Thursday morning.
He breathed his last at about 6am at Central Police Hospital in Rajarbagh.
Maruf Hasan had been undergoing treatment at a healthcare facility since April 7.
He left out his wife and two daughters and a host of relatives and well-wisher to mourn his death.
