Coronavirus: 48 more cops test positive found in last 24 hours
Some 48 police members have already been infected with novel coronavirus or COVID-19 within the last 24 hours in the united states. With this, a complete of just one 1,926 police personnel have been infected with the virus up to now.
The most recent information was updated as per the info of police units in the united states on Wednesday (May 13).
Among the infected, generally there are 907 police members of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP). Most of the police members were involved in field level gets results.
In addition to the police personnel in the field level, two additional deputy commissioners (ADC) and a single assistant commissioner (AC) have been infected with COVID-19, sources in the DMP informed.
A total of 1 1,159 police members have already been kept in isolation on suspicion of coronavirus infection. And 4,961 police personnel will be in quarantine. Till now, 298 law enforcement members have recovered and returned residence.
