BCL welcomes new DUCSU VP Nur
Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) on Tuesday afternoon welcomed Nurul Haq Nur, the newly-elected vice president of the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU).
BCL President Rezwanul Haque Chowdhury Shovon along with leaders and activists went to the Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) and greeted Nur around 4:00pm, reports bdnews24.com
On Monday's DUCSU election, Nur edged out Shovon to become the vice president of DUCSU in the polls held after 29 years.
Quota reform movement leader Nur bagged 11,062 votes while Shovon polled 9,129.
