Barishal Court rejects demand sheet on Riaj murder case
A courtroom in Barishal on Tuesday rejected a demand sheet in to the sensational deed writer Riaj Hawlader murder circumstance at Charmonai in Barishal.
Even so, Barishal Metropolitan Magistrate Masum Billah asked the Special Branch to hand above the case to the Criminal Investigation Section because of its proper investigation.
The court passed the order in response to a petition filed by complainant Monirul Islam Ripon. In the petition, he as well demanded to transfer the circumstance from SB to CID for correct investigation.
On November 30, investigation officer and inspector of SB Md Sagir Hossain submitted the fee sheet accusing four local thieves in the murder circumstance.
Complainant Ripon claimed that after submitting the charge sheet, Masum Hossain Dafaadar, who was simply involved in an extramarital affair with Riaz's wife Amina Akther Liza, the key accused, has appeared since after heading hide.
On April 19 in 2019, deed writer Riaj Hawlader was stabbed dead at his own home in Bukhainagar village.
Later, deceased wife Amina Akhtar Liza was arrested following a case filed simply by Ripon against unknown miscreants with Kotwali Police Station.
