Bangladeshi Youth wins Global video blogging Competition of ICCR
A Bangladeshi youth won the global video blogging competition conducted by Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The ICCR launched a Global video blogging competition with the theme “MY ENTIRE LIFE My Yoga” in June 2020.
Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, your competition elicited an overwhelming response from across the globe, presumably in part due to improved interest in Yoga as a way of maintaining health in the fight Covid 19.
As a result, an extremely large number of participants’ uploaded videos for this global video blogging competition entitled “My Life My Yoga” from around the world.
As statistics showed, the utmost number of entries were from Bangladesh, said the High Commission of India, Dhaka on Sunday (June 13).
And so it is doubly a pleasure to report that Mansif Helali, an adolescent from Bangladesh, bagged the 3rd position in the Youth Category for his extraordinary skills in various postures of Yoga. He received a prize including US $1000.
High Commissioner Vikram K Doraiswami handed over the cheque to Mansif Helali at a meeting at the High Commission of India in Dhaka. He congratulated Helali for his achievement and wish his success in your day to come.
Helali is a student of Yoga for last 11 years. This well spoken and thoughtful son wants to contribute to public health and social harmony through holistic healing as a lifelong passion.
