2nd phase of Bishwa Ijtema ends with Akheri Munajat
The second phase of Bishwa Ijtema ended with Akheri Munajat on the bank of the Turag River on Tuesday.
The followers of Maulana Muhammad Saad Al Kandhalvi took part in the munajat seeking blessings for mankind which ended around 12:02pm.
Indian Mawlana Iqbal Hafiz conducted the Hedayati Bayan after Fajr prayer which was translated into Bangla by Mawlana Syed Osama Islam.
The second phase of Ijtema was extended by another day as heavy rain disrupted the congregation on Sunday morning.
Earlier on February 16, the first phase of Biswa Ijtema, the second largest congregation of the Muslims, ended with the participation of the followers of Maulana Jubair Hassan.
