2 foreigners detained with 7,500 Yaba pills in Ctg
Police detained two foreigners in possession of 7,500 Yaba pills in Chattogram city.
They were detained at Shah Amanat Bridge area of the city at around 1:30 pm early on Saturday (January 4).
The detainees were- Sun and Richard. They were citizens of Ghana—a country in West Africa.
Confirming the detention, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bakoliya Police Station Nizam Uddin told Banglanews that the two foreign nationals were detained along with yaba pills as they were heading towards Dhaka by a bus from Cox's Bazar. After filing a case in this regard, they were sent to court.
