Voting in Bogura-1, Jashore-6 by-polls begins
Voting in Bogura-1 and Jashore-4 by-polls started out on Tuesday morning.
Balloting started at 9am and will continue till 5pm with no break.
Six individuals are running in Bogura-1, while three found in Jashore-6. There are contenders from three important political functions - Bangladesh Awami Group, BNP and Jatiya Get together -- in the by-elections of both constituencies.
But BNP said you won't be a part of the election which is certainly going on amid corona pandemic.
There are 330,918 voters and 123 polling stations in the Bogura-1 by-polls, while 204,397 voters are expected to exercise their franchise at 79 polling stations in Jashore-6 by-election.
