US Secretary of state meets PM Hasina
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo met Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in New York on Friday morning.
The meeting was held at hotel Grand Hyatt New York where the Prime Minister is staying during her weeklong visit to the USA, reports UNB.
At the meeting, they discussed different bilateral issues.
Sheikh Hasina came here on September 23 to attend the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
She is scheduled to leave here for home on Saturday evening local time and reach Dhaka in the morning on October 1 via London.
