ULAB student goes missing in Bay
Rafsan Md Faisal, 22, a student of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), went missing while taking a sea bath in Cox’s Bazar beach Wednesday (August 1).
He was reported missing from the Seagull Point of the beach.
“A group of ULAB students went for sea bathing in Seagull Point, in the evening. Everyone returned excluding Rafsan,” said Tourist police.
Search & Rescue operation is underway to locate the missing student, Cox’s Bazar Tourist Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohamamd Ibrahim told media.
Rafsan, however, is a resident of Dhaka’s Mohhammadpur.
