Sushama joins the cast of 'Dahan'
Popular small screen actress and anchor Sushama Sarkar joined the cast of Raihan Rafi directed film 'Dahan'. The actress is going to portray a girl named Dina in the film. She has already taken part in the shooting of the film.
About working with Raihan Rafi, Sushama said, "I have previously worked under Jazz Multimedia. However, this is the first time I am working with Raihan Rafi. He is a young director but his work in 'Poramon 2' was really organized.
He always respects his films and works with utmost care. I am really satisfied working under his director. I hope, 'Dahan' will be able to win Bangladeshi people just like 'Poramon 2' did."
Sushama was seen in a number of Eid programs in the last Eid-ul-Fitr. Amongst them, she was praised for her roles in Mizanur Rahman Ariyan's telefilm 'Buker Ba Pashey', Shihab Sahin's 'Shesh Porjonto' and Abu Hayat Mahmud's 'Choto Chele'.
About working in the small screen, the actress said, "Acting is my profession so whenever I get opportunities to act, I grab it and try to prove myself. I am grateful to the directors who give me these opportunities."
