Short film 'Ferar Gaan' released on iflix
Director Shafayet Mansoor Rana's short film 'Ferar Gaan', shot entirely using a Smartphone has been released on iflix. The short film revolves around a music star Rubab Khan (enacted by John Kabir). His music is adored by everyone and he has millions of fans.
An egoistic star, Rubab looks down on people and even his fans. During a concert, a fan of his manages to make way to the backstage where he asks for a selfie. In response, Rubab behaves rudely with him to the point that he was thrown out by his guards.
The next morning, the famous star finds out that he has lost his gifted voice. He tries everything to find out the reason but to no avail. He starts to lose everything, his career, his fans and even his girlfriend (enacted by Azmeri Asha). Realizing his fault, the singer sets out to find the fan that he had mistreated.
