Shatabdi with Neela and Tanvir together in 'Cupid'
National Film Award winner actor Shatabdi Wadud worked for the first time with movie 'Gohin Baluchar' famed pair Abu Huraira Tanvir and Neelanjona Neela in a drama titled 'Cupid'. It is a love-fantasy story based drama.Directed by Humayun Rashid Samrat story of the drama is written by Asad Zaman. Theplay has been made to telecast on RTV.
While talking about acting in the play Shatabdi Wadud said, "I have liked story telling of the play. Earlier I worked with Neela under Mahmud Didar's direction.
For the first time, both Neela and Tanvir worked with me. As newcomer, both of them have intention to learn acting which I observed while working with them. Samrat has tried to make the play nicely. I believe viewers will enjoy the play." Tanvir said, "It is no doubt that Shatabdi Wadud Bhaiya is a talented actor.
During shooting both I and Neela got cooperation from him. So, we enjoyed a lot working with him. I give thanks to Samrat Bhaiya to give us the opportunity to work in this play."
Meanwhile, Shatbadi took part in shooting of 'Matia Banu Shuku' written story based play 'Sonali Din in Ulukhola'. Shatabdi starred two movies - 'Made In Bangladesh', directed by Rubayet Hossain, and 'Nona Joler Kabbyo', directed by Rezwan Shahriar, are waiting to release now. However, both Tanvir and Neela are also acting in Badrul Anam Soud's drama serial 'Lukochuri Lukochuri Golpo' which is being made to telecast on Bangladesh Television now.
