Shahid Kapoor opens up on his OTT debut
On Monday, as 'Kabir Singh' completed two years of release, Shahid Kapoor met his fans for an Insta live session where he spilled the beans on all that he previously been up to ever since the film released in 2019. This was the actor's first live session and he previously taken his wife Mira Rajput's help to set up the session. Actually, he used the same backdrop she does for her live sessions and in addition called her for help when fans complained that they couldn't hear him speak.

As the live session was supposed to be about the blockbuster that released 2 yrs ago, the actor also indulged a few pre-determined questions on his upcoming projects. He promised that 'Jersey' will release during Diwali this season in theatres and if theatres still continue steadily to remain shut, they might discuss and think of a strategy, hinting perhaps at going the digital route. While on the topic, he was also asked about his OTT debut. Due to the fact almost all of his peers have made a foray in to the digital space, one fan wondered if they are certain to get to see Sasha on their TV and mobile screens.

Shahid replied to the fan's query saying he was excited to try his hands at the alternate medium. However, the actor also confessed that he was apprehensive about his OTT debut since not absolutely all big-screen stars make it big on the brand new medium.

Earlier this year it had been reported that the actor was all set to create his web debut with a quirky drama thriller series to be directed by Raj and DK. Post that, it had been also revealed that the actor has signed up for a web film predicated on Operation Cactus.
