I never found creative satisfaction in any of the shows I did
Kuldeep Singh, who was last seen in it show Vighnaharta Ganesh, has decided to have a break from television. The actor admits that he is not creatively content with the medium. Kuldeep says, "I have been planning to have a break from television for some time. I haven't found imaginative satisfaction in virtually any of the implies that I have done so far. I don't like certain things about how things work in it industry. Makers are just trying to get maximum footage for the show in a restricted time and no-one cares about using the creativity that's needed in the show.
Even though I shared my thoughts about doing a scene in a certain way in Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha, the director didn't trust me and a similar thing happened in Vighnaharta Ganesh. I feel I have been typecast after doing mythology shows. That is why I want to have a break from TV and try other mediums." He adds, "I don't feel TV may be the right place for me personally to show my potential as an actor. Sadly, I have never get back creatively satisfied after doing some of my shows.
TV actors are incredibly hardworking, so they equally deserve to become a part of films. We get our scripts at that moment and act immediately. There is no more time to build your character and focus on it. I want to try my luck in other mediums and hope my fans support me and enjoy watching me in different projects."
