Scoot suspends flights on Dhaka- Singapore route.
Scoot suspends all flights between Singapore and Dhaka with effect from 30 April 2019.

General Sales Agent of Scoot Tigerair Pte Ltd in Bangladesh- NOVOAIR in a statement sent to their concerned trade partners said that suspension of flights is due to commercial reasons. The last flight of Scoot from Dhaka will be operated on April 29.

Tigerair started it Dhaka service on March 9, 2012 and later on July 25, 2017 officially completed their merger with Scoot, and started operating under the merged Scoot brand. Scoot presently operates five flights a week on the Dhaka- Singapore route.

Scoot Tigerair Pte Ltd, operating as Scoot, is a Singaporean low-cost airline owned by Singapore Airlines through its subsidiary Budget Aviation Holdings. Its network covers 68 destinations in 19 countries. The airline has a fleet of 24 Airbus 320s and 16 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
