Saudi-bound passengers need to book hotels through Saudia website for quarantine
Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) asked all Saudi-bound passengers to book their hotels for quarantine through the airline’s holiday website today.
Tarik A Alowaidi, Nation Manager of Saudia, talking with The Bangladesh Screen urged all Saudi-bound expatriates personnel to stop gathering in front of the airline’s office in the administrative centre amid the pandemic to publication hotels stays.
From May 20, several persons have been gathering in long queues eventually resulting in chaotic situation at the airline’s office.
“No resort confirmation will be accepted unless booked through the Saudia Getaways website," said the united states manager.
The country supervisor also asked passengers to confirm their quarantine hotel at the least 72 hours before their flight departure through the Saudia Getaways website https://holidaysbysaudia.com.
For hotel booking confirmation, Alowaidi requested Saudi-bound passengers to get hold of their respective employer/Kaphil/company/worried travel agency, or visit the website.
“If any Bangladeshi passenger misses their flight or if they have to reschedule their flights, Saudia will issue fresh ticket and can accommodate them in other flights without taking any fee.”
This not only helps it be convenient for the airline’s passengers but also prevents health associated risk at Saudia’s office.
The country manager said quarantine package reservation should be done based on the first point of entry.
Upon confirming their ticket and quarantine hotel package, passengers will need to complete their PCR check within 72 time of airline flight departure, he added.
