We live in circumstances which sometimes are not created by us and we are not liable for. The voices of exile have become even more intense in the 20th century. Existing exile and exiled world have been spread world-wide. Today's civilized time is called the era of exile because of its arrangement of warfare, is flowing through imperialism and world-wide governance in totalitarian political theory.
Era of the transitional human is the era of mass migration. Today's exile and migration in recent events are not a paradigm or a sense of humanity. Exiled, refugee, emigrant, immigrant, these words are different forms of exile. The word refugee of twentieth century and the form of exile is exactly the same.
