'Raat Jaga Phool'
Popular actor Mir Sabbir, who is also an established director of small-screen productions, is all set to make his debut in directing full-length films. The director will take up his first film project titled 'Raat Jaga Phool,' with a grant from the government. The story and screenplay written by Mir Sabbir himself, it is a project which the director has been working on for the last five years. The shooting of 'Raat Jaga Phool' will begin in August.
Although the cast of the film has not been finalized yet, the director, Mir Sabbir, will be seen playing the main character Rais in the film.In 'Raat Jaga Phool', Rais has an unnatural power of understanding animals and their language. A murder was committed in a village without any clue left behind. However, Rais gets to know about it from the animals in the area. With this, the story of the film continues, presenting the viewers with lots of twists.
Expressing his gratitude, Mir Sabbir said, "I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Almighty Allah. I am thankful to my parents. My wife Chumki and my family were always there beside me, for which I was able to do all of my work in a relaxed mood. I would like to thank the Government of Bangladesh and the Ministry of Information for giving me the grant to make my film."
