Provide safety equipments to private hospital doctors: High Court
The High Court on Monday (May 18) directed authorities concerned to supply necessary safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), surgical masks and gloves, to doctors, nurses and other related staff of the country’s hostipal wards and clinics.
Besides, the court also asked to submit a written report on different steps and tips taken by coronavirus advisory committee to contain the Covid-19 outbreak within one week.
The virtual bench led by High Court Justice Obaidul Hasan issued the order.
Attorney General Mahbubey Alam moved for the state while legal professional Manjil Morshed took part in the hearing with respect to the writ petition at the virtual court.
