His attorney Shawkot Osman said on Saturday (March 7) that GK Shamim had secured bail in both conditions from two benches of HC respectively on February 4 and 6--one year in a single case and 6 months in another. Already affidavit has been done for just two Anti Corruption Commission situations and a funds laundering case.
However, the talk about could inform anything about any of it.
Rapid Actions Battalion (RAB) filed 3 cases, one under arms act, one in narcotics act and another less than money laundering prevention act.
RAB detained GK Shamim on September 20 of 2019.
RAB seized large amount of money, forex, a firearm, medications, liquor, and FDR cheque worth Taka 200 crore from his office found in Niketan section of the capital on that day time.
