PM’s deputy press secretary tenders resignation
Primary Minister Sheikh Hasina’s deputy press secretary Ashraful Alam Khokan has submitted his resignation.  

Khokan posted a position in this respect on his verified Facebook webpage, according to media information.  

In his status, he wrote: “I have got a scholarship from Hofstra University of america of America (USA) for further review in journalism. The problem was verified by the university in September this past year. I did not want to miss the ability as I had worked in press. I would like to continue might work in this sector. However, the premier’s weakness in advanced schooling is known to all.  She's educated everyone members with higher education. She has as well given me the ability regarding my application. I convey my gratitude to the first choice.”

Khokan, former basic secretary of Dhaka University Journalists Association, features been working while the PM’s deputy press secretary for above seven years.

He was initially appointed seeing that the PM's deputy press secretary found in 2013 for just one year. Soon after his tenure was expanded.
