Pay for Committee approves two proposals
The Cabinet Committee on Federal government Get (CCGP) approved two separate proposals including one for completing the earth filling works through direct procurement method (DPM) beneath the project for BSCIC Chemical substance Industrial Park, Munshiganj (1st revised) beneath the Ministry of Industries.
The approval originated from the 8th appointment of the CCGP held in this year virtually with Financing Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal in the couch.
Briefing reporters following the getting together with virtually, Cabinet Division Further Secretary Dr Sahida Akhter stated that Dockyard and Engineering Workshop managed by Bangladesh Navy could conduct the task of earth filling with around Taka 123.63 crore.
The meeting approved another proposal under which Poly Cable Industries Limited would supply 130km 11kv and 33kv underground cable under Lot-5 of package no G-48 of the project for Growth of distribution network for ensuring cent percent electrification (Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet Divisions) by the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Plank (BREB) with around Taka 75.64 crore.
