No conference, rally at mosques before and after prayers
The federal government on Wednesday imposed restrictions on holding rallies and meetings before and after times of prayers at mosques and other areas of worships to support the alarming rise of the coronavirus infection in the country.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs on Wednesday issued a crisis notification in this regard.
The ministry said that the Tarabi prayers will be held following social distance and health guidelines.
Previously April 5, the Ministry prohibited Sehri and Iftar at mosques found in Ramadan in order to support the surging coronavirus infection.
The ministry in the notice also issued instructions on praying in congregations at mosques following health rules put in place by the government.
