Nila murder: Teen gang leader kept in Savar
Police have arrested a teen gang leader from Savar municipal location more than the murder of a schoolgirl Nila Roy.

Accused Sakib Hossain, boy of Savar poura Awami League's joint standard secretary Sirajul Islam Shiru, was arrested from Madhyapara spot over Monday midnight. Police produced him before a courtroom on Tuesday searching for five days and nights' remand.

With this, five accused of the case have already been arrested in four months of the killing.

The other arrested are main accused Mizanur Rahman, his parents and Selim Palwan.
Savar Unit Police Station inspector (intelligence) Nirmal Kumar Das said

Child of Narayan Roy of Kazi Mokma Para found in Savar, Nila Roy, 14, was a 10th grader of an area school.

On September 20, 2020, stalkers stabbed Nila as she refused the love proposal of Mizanur Rahman, locals said.

Critically injured Nila, was declared dead at Savar Enam Medical College Hospital.

Nirmal Roy had filed a murder case following the death of his daughter.
