MTB appoints Herbert Ludwig Jaeger as Director
Herbert Ludwig Jaeger has been appointed as a Director of Mutual Trust Bank Limited.
Prior to joining MTB, he was an Investment Director of DEG, a German Investment and Development Company, Thailand Representative Office and Senior Investment Manager of Apatar Radolfzell GmbH, Radolfzell, Germany.
Jaeger began his career as Credit Manager, Export Financing in 1985, where he served for 5 years from 1985 to 1989. He also served Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz GmbH, Germany (Central Bank of saving banks) as Head of Accounting and IT from 1993 to 1995.
Then, he worked at ISB, a German Development Finance Institution as Chief Financial Controller. Jaeger was also a member of its Management Board from 1995 and served till 1998.
Jaeger has work experience in Advans MFI Myanmar Company Limited, Mandalay, Myanmar and is presently a member of the Board of Directors and its Audit Committee since 2018. He serves as Investment Director, Financial Institutions of Norfund, a Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries at the Norfund Bangkok Office.
