Moslem Uddin MP, his family test positive for corona
Moslem Uddin, lawmaker from Chattogram-8 constituency, and nine members of his family tested positive for novel coronavirus.
Chattogram district civil surgeon Dr Sheikh Fazle Rabbi confirmed the problem on Wednesday night.
He said the samples of the members of the family were collected and tested in Faujdarhat's Bangladesh Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (BITID) where 10 found positive for the deadly virus.
Moslem Uddin is also the president of Chattogram South District Awami League.
