Mashrafe recovers from coronavirus
Former Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza today announced through a Facebook post that he previously tested negative for coronavirus.

"Alhamdulillah. By the grace of the Almighty and because of your entire prayers, I have been tested negative for coronavirus. I received the news headlines tonight. I am grateful towards everyone who stood by me, prayed for me and inquired about my health during this time period," read the inspirational leader's post.

Mashrafe however informed that his wife, who in addition has contracted the virus, is yet to check negative.

"My wife however continues to be positive even after fourteen days of contracting the virus. But she actually is doing fine. Seeking prayers for her," wrote Mashrafe.

Mashrafe, who's the elected Member of Parliament from Narail-2, had tested positive for the virus on June 20 for the very first time. After that, Mashrafe once again underwent the coronavirus test earlier this month but his results arrived positive in those days.

The 36-year-old had stayed in self-isolation and received treatment in the home since testing positive.
