Margot channels Sharon Tate
When it was revealed that actress Margot Robbie would be playing the role of the late model and actress Sharon Tate in Quentin Tarantino's biographical film 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood', we were sure the actress would nail the look.
However, we didn't know that the actress and her team would do such a fab job. Recently, the actress shared a picture of her look as Sharon Tate and the Instagram users unanimously agreed that Margot got the look totally right.
In an earlier interview, Margot had told a publication that she wanted to get the part right. "I feel a responsibility with every character I play, whether they're fictional or real life… To play her right, play her truthfully, and kind of understand her emotional journey," she was quoted as saying. In the same interview she also said that since it was the beginning of her career as an actress, she was quite ecited to be working with the ace filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.
The movie is based on the high-profile Manson Family murders. Tate was a promising young actress whose career was tragically cut short by the Manson family. The movie also stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt.
DiCaprio plays Rick Dalton, an ageing, out-of-work actor in the film, with Pitt as his longtime stunt double named Cliff Booth. Tarantino, known for Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill movies, reunites with DiCaprio and Pitt after having worked with them in Django Unchained and Inglourious Basterds, respectively.
