Jude Bellingham strikes again as Real Madrid steal late victory over Celta
There couldn't possibly have been a better start to life at Real Madrid for Jude Bellingham, with the former Birmingham City midfielder scoring four goals in his first three LaLiga EA Sports appearances.

The latest of these goals came on Friday evening with Los Blancos needing the England international to dig them out of a hole in a tricky away match with Celta Vigo.

It took until the 81st minute for the deadlock to be broken, but when it came it was a goal worth waiting for as Bellingham continued to endear himself to the Madridistas.

Bellingham showing Ancelotti his eye for goal
Whilst many eyebrows were raised during Carlo Ancelotti's pre-match press conference when the Italian made clear he expected Bellingham to contribute to replacing Karim Benzema.

However, the veteran doesn't look too silly now with the midfielder currently leading the club's scoring charts for the campaign so far. Real Madrid will be the first to admit they weren't at their best on Friday evening, surrendering a lot of chances to the hosts, and there will be further concern moving forward after Vinicius Jr. was forced off the pitch with what appeared to be a significant injury.

With that being said, footballing matters on the pitch could have been a whole lot worse for Los Blancos too. After just three minutes of play the visitors thought they were behind when Larsen got a deft poke on a shot from Fran Beltran to wrongfoot Kepa and steer the ball home.

However, VAR looked at the goal and determined that Larsen was in an offside position and chalked off what would have been an early Celta Vigo opener.

From there Real Madrid would dictate possession, but they never looked comfortable at the back, allowing Celta Vigo to make chances with ease on the rare occasions they surrendered control of the ball.

Iago Aspas then went close before half-time, firing a shot over the crossbar after a well-worked move, all whilst Los Merengues looked to compose themselves.

Eventually the only goal of the match came and it was Bellingham who provided another moment of magic.

A corner was curled towards the penalty spot by Toni Kroos, with Joselu winning a key header to knock the ball back goalwards.

Bellingham, quick as a flash, would emerge from nowhere and react first, getting to the aerial ball and nodding it into the goal.

His customary celebration followed and Real Madrid managed to hang on after a lot of injury time, leaving the team top of LaLiga EA Sports with three wins in three matches.
