Jubo League to stay in field till election
Leaders and activists of Dhaka South City unit of Jubo League will remain in the field till the next general election to increase public awareness and uphold present government's development.

This announcement was made in a rally on the last day of a mass communication programme organized by Dhaka South City unit of Jubo League in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.

Presided over by Dhaka South City unit of Jubo League President Ismail Chowdhury Samrat, the 7-day programme concluded today.

Jubo League Chairman Mohammad Omar Faruque Chowdhury said convicted BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) leaving the demand of United Hospital. Countrymen and leaders and activists of the organization will have to be alert about any conspiracy hatched by BNP.

He said, "Country people are passing safe and peaceful days during the present government. But BNP and Jamaat are plotting one after another to create chaos."

Jubo League General Secretary Md Harunur Rashid, Its Presidium Member Nurunnabi Chowdhury Shaon MP, Awami League’s Dhaka South City unit organizing Secretary Golam Ashraf Talukder, the unit’s acting general secretary Rezaul Karim Reza, and member Jobaidul Haque Russel, among others, spoke at the programme.

At the programmes, speakers demanded nomination for Dhaka South City unit of Jubo League President Ismail Chowdhury Samrat for Dhaka Constituency-8.

Hundreds of leaders and activists from 54 units under nine wards of Dhaka-8 constituency gathered the rally.

Ismail Chowdhury said, “Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's decision is final. Jubo League will work for him who will get nomination from PM.” 

Jobaidul Haque Russel said, "The next general election will be of Sheikh Hasina, of Boat, of Jubo League's Samrat." 

He also said all leaders and activists of Jubo League will have to work unitedly in the 11th general election to ensure victory of Boat.
