High Court dismisses rule promptly scale of pry teachers
The High Courtroom on Sunday dismissed a rule issued on a writ petition challenging a decision of the Ministry of Finance to take back timescale facilities directed at 48,720 government primary school teachers.

An HC bench comprising Justice JBM Hasan and Justice Khairul Alam passed the buy.

BSS offers: Barrister Islam told that the Superior Court dismissed the rule issued against the Financing Ministry’s circular to return enough time scale of 48,720 teachers of nationalized primary schools across the country.

At the same time, the court asked the petitioners to appeal against the circular to the administrative tribunal. Barrister Islam likewise said that the Appellate Division on January 13, directed to get rid of the rule about the time level of teachers within three weeks. Following the hearing on February 25, today was arranged for providing the verdict.

Based on the case affirmation, on August 12, 2020, the Ministry of Financing issued a circular to take back the ‘period scale’ benefits availed simply by 48,720 teachers of primary schools that have been nationalized.

The aggrieved teachers filed the writ petition at the Huge Court on August 31, 2020, challenging the validity of the circular. The Large Courtroom after hearing the writ petition, suspended the circular for half a year and also issued a guideline over the matter. The state after appealed against the Great Courtroom to the Appellate Division.

On September 13, the Appellate Division Chamber Court approved a stay order in this regard, Barrister Islam added.

Later, the teachers pleaded to the Appellate Division in search of revocation of the stay order. The Appellate Division on January 13 asked the High Court Division to dispose of the writ case within three weeks.
