Govt to decide on Khaleda’s treatment in United Hospital
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the government will determine through consulting with expert physicians whether Khaleda Zia to be shifted to United Hospital—the hospital preferred by ailing BNP Chairperson, for treatment.
The minister made the remarks in response to a proposal from the BNP leaders, at a meeting with the latter at the secretariat Sunday (September 9).

“Khaleda Zia is severely ill. We have asked her treatment at a specialized hospital. (We have) recommended United Hospital, which is preferred by Khaleda Zia,” Fakhrul told reporters what they told the minister at the meeting.
“The government will decide it upon consultation with expert physicians,” he quoted the minister.
