'Ghare Baire Aaj' is a turning stage in my career
Tuhina Das has a single basic ambition and that is to be recognized on her behalf craft rather than becoming yet another pretty face. The talented actor includes a lot on her plate now and she is enjoying her cinematic voyage to the fullest. Tuhina who'll soon be seen in 'Abhijaan', the Soumitra Chattopadhyay biopic, insists Aparna Sen directed 'Ghare Baire Aaj' has been a turning stage in her career.

"Ghare Baire Aaj was a good dream become a reality for me. To get the opportunity to play such a layered identity like Bimala, that as well for someone like the legendary Aparna Sen, is usually something I am sure various actors don't possess the fortune of. This film will will have a special place in my heart," Tuhina advised ETimes during an exclusive chat.

Speaking about the recollections of working with Aparna Sen, the celebrity says it was a thrilling experience. "I still remember I was a lttle bit terrified initially but once Rinadi got me under her wings, the knowledge just enriched. I must also mention Sohag Sen's name who worked with me tirelessly through the film and is definitely somebody I will always research to," recalls Tuhina.

She has some interesting assignments in her kitty now and has seen the industry from close quarters over the past couple of years. We asked the celebrity if she got to change a very important factor about what sort of industry functions, what it'll be.

"I think inside our industry we sometimes fail to respect our creative people more than enough. Be it actors, authors or any other specialist - it is the same circumstance. We happen to be in this phase when content is gradually but undoubtedly getting crowned as the king. We need to travel quite a distance but I believe when imaginative persons will be valued effectively the entertainment industry will be making big part of that direction," indicators off the versatile celebrity who was previous seen in the web film 'Brown' directed by Rohan Ghose.
