Garment staff cannot enter Dhaka sans ID card
The ready-made garment factory personnel will need to show their identity cards while entering Dhaka.
The Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) issued a notification in this regard on Saturday.
The notification says a garment worker must keep ID card with her or him, if feels urgency to come quickly to Dhaka for factory works.
Besides, the ID card has to be demonstrated to the authorities concerned, otherwise, they would not be able to enter Dhaka.
Meanwhile, the garment factories around Dhaka have been completely opened. Ignoring lockdown rules, the garment staff are time for Dhaka and other workplaces.
Garment workers are time for Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj and other areas for concern with losing their jobs, although public transport is closed on the highways due to outbreak of coronavirus.
