Galleri Kaya celebrates founding year with group exhibition

On the occasion of celebrating 14th anniversary of Galleri Kaya, an exclusive group exhibition titled '14th Anniversary Exhibition' by 38 modern  and contemporary artists of Bangladesh and India, began on Friday at the premises of Galleri Kaya in the capital's Uttara.

The 16-day exhibition will showcase a selection of total 65 works in oil, acrylic, charcoal, ink, pen, indigenous pigment, etching & aquatint, lithograph, offset lithograph, serigraph, Chinecoloe, relief process, woodcut, watercolor and mixed medium done between 1953 and 2018. 

The participating artists are- Abdus Shakoor Shah, Ahmed Shamsuddoha,  Ajit Seal, Aloptogin Tushar, Anisuzzaman, Ashraful Hasan, Atin Basak,  Atul Dodiya, Bijan Chowdhury,  Chandra Shekhar Dey, Debdas Chakraborty, Goutam Chakraborty, Hamidur Rahman, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Hashem Khan, Jamal Ahmed, Kamaluddin, Kazi Rakib, K.G. Subramanyan, M.F. Husain, Mohammad Eunus, Mohammad Iqbal, Monirul Islam, Murtaja Baseer, Nazlee Laila Mansur, Nitun Kundu, Rabin Mondal, Rafiqun Nabi, Ranjit Das, Ratan Mojumder,  Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Shahanoor Mamun, Shambhu Acharya, Sheikh Afzal Hossain, Shishir Bhattacharjee, Shohag Parvez, Somnath Hore and  Syed Jahangir.

The exhibition will remain open to all every day from 11am to 8pm, until August 12.
