DC Conference on Jul 14-18
A five-day annual conference of the Deputy Commissioners (DCs) will begin in the capital city on July 14.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the conference, said sources at the Cabinet Division.
The conference will continue till July 18.
Unlike the previous years, the conference will lasts for five days, said Cabinet Division Joint Secretary (District and Field Administration Branch) Mushfiqur Rahman.
The conference held on July 24-26 last year.
During the conference, the deputy commissioners will also meet President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban. Besides, they will exchange views with ministers, advisers, state ministers and secretaries.
