COVID-19: Another one dies, 18 more infected
A good 55-year-old person died from novel coronavirus and 18 more new instances were within last a day in the country.
A complete of 88 people have already been infected while 33 recovered out of the virus till Sunday.
Health Minister Zahid Maleque confirmed the matter today after signing up for an online briefing.
Some 367 samples have already been tested at 14 labs in last 24 hours where 18 new instances were detected. Of these, IEDCR found 13 positive instances for the coronavirus, said the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) Prof Meerjady Sabrina Flora.
Of the 18 new virus cases, 15 are men and 3 are women. Twelve are from Dhaka, one from Madaripur and five from Narayanganj.
