Couple among 6 killed in Rajshahi road mishap
Six passengers including several an exclusive car were killed following the vehicle hit a roadside tree in Godagari upazila of Rahjshahi on Saturday noon. 

Two other persons were also injured in the accident that took place in Kadirpur area at 12 noon. 

The deceased were identified as Moshabeb Ali, 40, and his wife Hosne Ara, 35, residents of Debishing area, Akkas Ali, 40, of Munnafer intersection, the private car driver Mahbubur Rahman, 35, of Meherchandi of Rajshahi city, Ashia Begum from Chapainawabganj, and four-month-old baby boy Adib Al Hasan. 

An exclusive car carrying the eight hit hard a roadside tree following its driver lost control over the steering, leaving three dead on the scene and five others injured, said Godagari Police Station officer in-charge of Khairul Islam.

Being informed, police and Fire Service and Civil Defence members rescued the wounded and sent them to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where three succumbed to their injuries.

The eight met the tragic road accident while these were going to attend a wedding party.
