Country to observe one-minute ‘blackout’ on March 25
The government has made a decision to observe one-minute 'blackout' programme on the night time of March 25, marking the 'Genocide Day' and the ‘Independence Day.’
House Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal developed the disclosure after a gathering at the secretariat on Wednesday (March 11).
The one-minute ‘blackout’ programme will be viewed from 9pm to 9:01 pm on March 25.
However, key effectiveness indicator areas, hospitals, crisis properties, KPI and vehicular activity will remain from the purview of the programme, said Asaduzzaman.
