Corona infects 14 persons in Kaliganj in 2 days
The quantity of novel coronavirus cases rose to 89 in Kaliganj upazila of Gazipur with recognition of 14 new patients in previous two days.
Some 49 samples have already been collected during this time period, in which 14 tested positive for the virus.
Upazila health insurance and family arranging officer Dr Mohammad Sadekur Rahman Akand verified the figure in Thursday morning.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Shibli Sadiq said five persons tested coronavirus great in the upazila for the very first time on April 12.
He said the 14 infected persons will be delivered to the isolation unit.
