Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq suffers 'mild stroke'
Former lawyer general and senior attorney of the Supreme Court Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq has suffered a mild stroke. Subsequently, his right hand isn't working.

Besides, he feels physical weakness and anemia because of old-age complications.

Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq is now undergoing treatment at Ad-Din Hospital at Maghbazar in Dhaka.

Ad-Din Hospital's director Dr. Nahid Yasmin said on Sunday a doctor and a nurse of Ad-Din Hospital visited the residence of Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq receiving a phone call. Achieving the residence, Dr Richmond Roland Gomez advised him to get admitted to a hospital as quickly as possible. Following his admission to Ad-Din Hospital, it had been observed that Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq's right hand somewhat weak. After examination, it had been found that the previously suffered a mild stroke.

Dr. Nahid Yasmin also said Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq has not been taking food properly. Because of it, he feels weak. Besides, he is suffering from anemia. He has been undergoing treatment at a healthcare facility. He may also talk. Doctors have already been looking after him round-the-clock.

Earlier on Thursday. older people legal professional was brought at a healthcare facility. After diagnostic tests, he has been given treatment at a cabin. He has been undergoing treatment under the supervision of Dr Richmond Roland Gomez of Ad-Din Hospital.

Barrister Rafique-ul-Huq's wife Dr. Farida Huq died in 2011. Since that time he is becoming alone.
