Bangladesh begins mango export to Switzerland
Bangladesh about Sunday started exporting mangoes to Switzerland because of a private initiative.
Talk about Minister for Foreign Affairs M Shahriar Alam produced the disclosure through a good content on his Facebook deal with.
“The North Bengal Agro Farm Ltd. has began exporting mangoes of Rajshahi to Switzerland. The primary shipment is planned to leave right here for Switzerland tonite,” the talk about minister wrote on Facebook in the afternoon.
Point out Minister Shahriar said if everything is ok, the shipment might continue until mid-August.
He also revealed an idea above mango export, saying “Rajshahi will have its fruit quarantine and processing middle next year”
Although the export target was determined at 100 tonnes, chances are to continue to be unfulfilled this year. Another target will be occur line with the knowledge of the running yr, he added.
